This Shipping Policy explains how AthleteBrandCo. processes, ships, tracks, and handles delivery issues for product orders, limited drops, memberships, and promotional items.

Note: Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability, fulfillment volume, or other factors outside our control.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Standard products may process faster when inventory is available.
  • Limited drops may require additional processing time due to batch fulfillment.
  • Preorders, custom products, athlete-branded releases, or bundle drops may have separate timelines listed on the product page.
  • If an item is delayed, we may notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods may vary based on your location, the products ordered, package weight, carrier availability, and checkout options.

We may ship through carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other third-party logistics providers.

The carrier shown at checkout or in your tracking confirmation may differ based on fulfillment needs.

4. Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Rates may be based on destination, shipping method, product type, package weight, order value, or promotional offers.

  • Free shipping promotions may require a minimum order value.
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return or replacement is due to our error.
  • Additional fees may apply for oversized packages, special handling, or remote delivery areas.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or local carrier office.
  • Carrier tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not always update in real time.

6. Limited Drops, Preorders & Athlete Releases

Some ABC products are released as limited drops, athlete collaborations, preorder campaigns, or special promotional releases. These orders may have unique fulfillment timelines.

  • Estimated ship dates may be listed on the product or drop page.
  • Limited-edition products may not be replaceable once sold out.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may offer a refund, store credit, substitution, or other appropriate resolution.

7. Food, Sauce & Consumable Products

Some ABC products may include food, sauces, snacks, beverages, or other consumable items. These products may require special handling and may be subject to different return restrictions.

  • Do not consume products if packaging appears opened, leaking, damaged, or tampered with.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if a consumable item arrives damaged or appears unsafe.
  • For safety reasons, opened food or consumable products generally cannot be returned.

8. Lost, Stolen, Or Delayed Packages

AthleteBrandCo. is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received.

However, we want to help. If your package is significantly delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not found, contact us and we can help you determine next steps.

  • We may ask you to wait a short period for carrier updates.
  • We may ask you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Replacement or refund decisions are made case-by-case and are not guaranteed when tracking confirms delivery.

9. Incorrect Or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • If you notice an address error, contact us immediately.
  • We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship it.
  • Refunds may not be issued for orders lost or delivered incorrectly due to customer-provided address errors.

11. Returns Related To Shipping

If your order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
  • Consumable or limited-edition items may not be eligible for reshipment if they are damaged, expired, or no longer suitable for resale.
