Cookbook Launch Giveaway Official Rules

1 Sponsor

The Official Unofficial SEC Tailgaters Cookbook Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Athlete Brand Co. (“Sponsor”), 33 W Montgomery Cross Rd, Savannah, GA 31406.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Southeastern Conference (“SEC”), the NCAA, any college or university, athletic conference, athletic team, social media platform, or any other third party unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Official Unofficial SEC Tailgaters Cookbook is an independently produced publication and is not an official publication of, sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Southeastern Conference or any member institution.

2 Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3 Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 19, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

Sponsor's computer system shall be the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4 How to Enter

There are two methods of entry.

Limit one (1) Giveaway entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period, regardless of method of entry.

Attempting to obtain additional entries through multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, purchase transactions, automated systems, or other methods may result in disqualification.

5 Prizes

Five (5) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) four-pack of Athlete Brand Co. athlete sauces.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $53.46.

Five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded, with a total ARV of $267.30.

The specific sauces included in each four-pack may be determined by Sponsor based upon product availability. Sponsor may substitute a product of equal or greater value if a listed product becomes unavailable.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor is responsible for standard shipping of the prize to a valid United States address supplied by the verified winner.

6 Winner Selection

On or about November 23, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Five (5) potential Grand Prize winners will be selected at random.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected regardless of whether the entry was associated with a cookbook preorder or submitted through the free alternative method of entry.

7 Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Five (5) Grand Prizes are available.

Because the total number of eligible entries cannot be known until the Giveaway Period closes, the exact odds cannot be determined in advance.

8 Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided with their entry.

Each potential winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within seventy-two (72) hours after the notification is sent.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide reasonable information necessary to verify identity, age, eligibility, and a valid United States shipping address before awarding the prize.

A potential winner may be disqualified if the potential winner:

• Does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours;
• Cannot be contacted;
• Is determined to be ineligible;
• Fails to provide requested eligibility information;
• Declines the prize; or
• Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.

In such an event, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

A person is not an official winner until Sponsor has verified eligibility and confirmed the award of the prize.

9 Prize Delivery

Following verification, Sponsor will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner's valid United States shipping address.

Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered because a winner supplied inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

No payment, purchase, shipping fee, processing fee, or other payment will be required from a winner in order to receive a prize.

10 Taxes

Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner where applicable.

Sponsor makes no tax representations regarding a prize. Winners should consult their own tax advisers regarding any tax consequences associated with receiving a prize.

11 Entry Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whom Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, circumvent the one-entry limitation, use automated entry methods, submit false information, interfere with operation of the Giveaway, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Entries generated by bots, scripts, macros, automated entry services, or similar automated means are prohibited.

12 Technical Problems

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, or not received because of technical failures, Internet connectivity problems, website outages, email filtering, software errors, or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

If the Giveaway cannot be administered as reasonably intended because of fraud, technical failure, security issues, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance materially affecting the integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway as permitted by applicable law.

If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor may select winners by random drawing from eligible entries properly received before the termination or disruption, where appropriate.

13 Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be responsible for claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14 Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify the winner by first name and last initial, city, and state for purposes of announcing Giveaway results and maintaining a winners list without additional compensation.

Any additional use of a winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, testimonial, or other identifying material for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.

15 Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, and otherwise operate the promotion.

Entry into the Giveaway does not, by itself, require an entrant to consent to receive marketing emails where such consent is required by applicable law.

Any separate election to receive marketing communications will be governed by Sponsor's applicable privacy policy and marketing preferences.

16 Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

The Giveaway may be advertised through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, email, websites, QR codes, athlete social accounts, or other channels.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, Google, Apple, the SEC, NCAA, any college or university, or any athletic conference or team.

Entrants release applicable social media platforms from claims arising solely from administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

17 Sponsor's Decisions

Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility, interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Giveaway, winner verification, and prize fulfillment will be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Sponsor will administer the Giveaway in a manner intended to provide equal treatment to purchase-associated and free entries.

18 Governing Law and Disputes

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent permitted by law, the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Official Rules deprives an entrant of any consumer protection rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that entrant.

19 Winners List

Following verification of all winners, a winners list identifying each winner by first name, last initial, city, and state will be available upon request.

Requests may be submitted to giveaway@athletebrandco.com with the subject line “Cookbook Giveaway Winners List.”

Requests must be received within ninety (90) days following the conclusion of the Giveaway.

20 Official Rules

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's agreement to these Official Rules.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
