What is AthleteBrandCo.?
AthleteBrandCo. is a platform that helps athletes create real branded products, launch limited drops, connect with fans, and build long-term brand value beyond the game.
Is AthleteBrandCo. only for college athletes?
No. ABC can work with college athletes, current professional athletes, former athletes, creators, and athlete-driven brands depending on the opportunity and compliance requirements.
Is ABC affiliated with schools, teams, or leagues?
Unless clearly stated in writing, ABC is not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, licensed by, or endorsed by any school, team, conference, league, or governing body.
Drops & Products
What is an athlete drop?
An athlete drop is a limited product release built around an athlete’s brand. Drops may include snacks, sauces, apparel, collectibles, bundles, trading cards, QR rewards, or digital experiences.
Are drops limited?
Many drops are limited quantity. Once they sell out, they may not be restocked unless a repeat drop is announced.
Will product images match the final product?
Product images and mockups are intended to represent the product, but final packaging, colors, labels, and details may vary slightly.
VIP Membership
What does VIP include?
VIP may include early access to drops, exclusive products, bonus rewards, point boosts, member-only offers, and special experiences.
Can I cancel VIP?
Yes. If VIP is offered as a recurring subscription, you can cancel future billing through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Are VIP fees refundable?
VIP fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, unless required by law or otherwise stated in a specific offer.
QR Rewards
How do QR rewards work?
Select products include QR codes. When scanned, they may unlock points, digital cards, badges, discounts, exclusive content, leaderboard entries, or other rewards.
Do points have cash value?
No. Points, digital rewards, QR unlocks, and badges generally have no cash value unless clearly stated otherwise.
Can QR rewards expire?
Yes. Rewards, points, discount codes, QR unlocks, and promotions may expire or be limited by campaign rules.
For Athletes
How can an athlete apply?
Athletes can apply through the For Athletes page by submitting their name, sport, team/school, position, social links, and brand-fit details.
Does applying guarantee a product drop?
No. Applications are reviewed by the ABC team. Approval depends on brand fit, audience, compliance, product potential, and business considerations.
Who owns the athlete’s NIL?
Athletes retain their personal NIL rights unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Any campaign involving athlete NIL should be governed by written terms.
For Launch Partners
What is a Launch Partner?
A Launch Partner is someone who joins a specific athlete’s launch circle to support that athlete’s product drop, unlock early access, receive rewards, collect digital items, and participate in that athlete’s launch community.
Do Launch Partners join the whole platform or a specific athlete?
Launch Partners join a specific athlete’s launch circle. Each athlete may have their own enrollment window, product drop, rewards, updates, leaderboard, digital cards, and community experience.
Is becoming a Launch Partner an investment?
No. Launch Partner participation is not an investment and does not provide equity, securities rights, ownership, guaranteed returns, or profit participation unless a separate written legal agreement clearly says otherwise.
Can I be a Launch Partner for more than one athlete?
Yes. If multiple athlete launch circles are open, you may be able to join more than one. Each athlete circle is separate and may have different rewards, access levels, pricing, and enrollment periods.
What do Launch Partners receive?
Benefits may include early product access, exclusive rewards, QR unlocks, digital athlete cards, badges, leaderboard status, private updates, special offers, and athlete-specific launch experiences.
Do Launch Partner rewards have cash value?
No. Unless clearly stated otherwise, rewards, points, badges, QR unlocks, digital cards, and platform perks have no cash value and are intended as access, recognition, and fan-engagement benefits.
How long does a Launch Partner circle stay open?
Each athlete launch circle may open for a limited enrollment period, such as 30 days, before closing. Future athlete drops may open their own separate launch circles.
Creators / Affiliates
How do creators earn?
Approved creators may earn commissions when customers purchase through their assigned affiliate links, codes, or tracking methods.
When are commissions paid?
Commission timing depends on the affiliate program settings, payout thresholds, refund windows, and fraud review periods.
Do creators need to disclose affiliate links?
Yes. Creators must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC rules and platform requirements.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 2–5 business days, but limited drops, preorders, custom products, and athlete releases may take longer.
Can I return food products?
Opened food, sauce, snack, beverage, or consumable items generally cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and label.
